After looking through the books listed on the PG site I went out looking in the Bay Area for three: Judas at the Jockey Club, A War of Witches and Mexican Slang Plus Graffiti. Believe it or not, I could find none of them here.
After I struck out here, I tried the online version of one of my favorite book stores in the world: Powell's in Portland. They had multiple used copies of both "Judas" and "Witches" and 43(!) new copies of "Slang." A couple of clicks later, all three were on their way. I think Powell's online is a great source for a vast selection of used books at very good prices.
I'm reading A War of Witches right now. It's very readable and I think it's one of the best books I've read on the indiginous culture of Mexico.
